- Classes last for 1h15
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts and introduce yourself
- Bring normal gym clothes (no singlet) and some water
- Clean feet or socks (shoes are not allowed)
- For your safety, remove all possible jewelry
- Classes are suitable for adults
