Terms and Conditions for Self-Defence Classes at Krav Maga West Auckland

By enrolling and participating in any of our class or seminar, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participant's physical condition

• Participants must be in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the class / seminar / course.
• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must seek medical advice before participating in the class and must only take part if it is medically safe for them.

Participant's behavior

• Participants are responsible for participating in the classes in a manner that will not endanger themselves or others.
• The instructors reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the class if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Fee

• There are no refunds provided for non-attendance, change of circumstances, or lack of notice of cancellation.
• The School reserves the right to modify membership fees and will notify members in advance of any changes.
• The membership fee is calculated taking into account any deductions for public holidays.
• To cancel your membership, a notice of cancellation must be provided at least 5 open days prior to the renewal of the membership by email to info@kravmagawa.co.nz.

Liability

• To the extent permissible by law, the instructors, and other parties associated with the classes have no liability to the member whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to injury or death, sustained by the participant during or in any way related to the participation in the class.

• By enrolling in the class, you authorize the use of your name, voice, picture, video, image, and information provided on this entry form in any promotion, advertising, and in any other way, without payment to you or any other form of compensation.

Privacy

• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
